: The study has been approved by the Institutional Ethics Committee at Sitaram Bhartia Institute of Science and Research (F.1/SBISR-EC/PR02-22). Written, informed consent to participate will be obtained from all participants. Individual permissions will be taken from each participating community as well. In situations where a participant is unable to read or write, a thumbprint will be obtained, along with a written signature from a witness. Access to identifiable individual-level data will be restricted to the study team. Given the educational nature of the intervention, no direct harm is expected from the intervention. All new morbidities/suspected adverse events during the intervention will be reported to the Ethics Committee which will review causality and compensation in accordance with Government guidance. All modifications to the trial protocol will be implemented after approval of the Ethics Committee.
