: During the design phase, consultations were held with patients to gauge their confidence and expectations regarding the management of home-based rehabilitation facilitated by multi-component exercise therapy through telemedicine. A select group of patients was invited to provide feedback on the protocol, and the insights garnered from these consultations played a pivotal role in shaping the primary outcome and various other facets of the study. Moreover, an advisory committee was constituted right from the inception of project development. The responsibility for recruitment and execution of the study lies with the investigators stationed at each study site.
