: Ethical approval for this study has been obtained from the AMREF Africa Ethics and Scientific Review Committee (REF: AMREF – ESRC P1210/2022). Written informed consent will be sought and participation will be voluntary with no coercion. Any potential risks and benefits of the study will be described to the participants. There will be a token of compensation to cater for the time spent during the interview and/or to compensate for airtime used for Internet access in case of online meetings.
