The RCT has been approved by the Swedish Ethical Review Authority on June 10, 2021, with amendment on April 22, 2022. D.nr 2021-01650.The participants will provide informed consent and be informed about the objectives of the study and the potential risks and benefits of the included examinations. The sub-sample of participants donating muscle specimens will be provided with additional information and leave an extra informed consent.
