: For this trial, investigators obtained ethical approval from the institutional review board of the Ethiopian Public Health Institute in Ethiopia with the reference number EPHI 6.13/14. In addition, ethical approval was received from the institutional review board of Oklahoma State University in the USA with the registration number IRB-21–527. All participants in this study will be women who can decide whether to participate or not by themselves. Written informed consent will be requested from all study participants and will be documented before the commencement of the trial. The study participants are free to withdraw from the study at any time.
