: These TwiCs were approved by the National Health Research and Ethics Committee (NH-REC) of Lesotho (ID 102–2022) and the Ethikkomission Nordwest- und Zentralschweiz (EKNZ) in Switzerland (ID AO_2022_00074). Protocol amendments will be communicated to the involved ethics committees and updated on ClinicalTrials.gov.Participants for the TwiCs are recruited among the ComBaCaL cohort population.
