: The research plan will be prepared according to the SPIRIT checklist and approved by the Medical Ethics Committee of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences, Isfahan, Iran (ID: IR.MUI.RESEARCH.REC.1401.406). The current study is registered in the Iranian Registry of Clinical Trials (ID: IRCT20121216011763N57). The process will be guided by the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. During the first visit, all participants will receive detailed information about the potential risks and permission for participating in the study. We will assure participants that their information will remain confidential and that they will be informed of general results at the end of the study. In addition, all questions about the study will be answered. The research results will be published for the benefit of other researchers, with the names and personal details of all participants kept confidential. Written informed consent will be obtained from each participant before the start of the study. It is important to note that this procedure does not interfere with standard treatment for migraine sufferers.
