: This clinical study adheres to Directive 2001/20/EC (Clinical Trials Directive) and has obtained approvals from the local ethics committee (CER-VD, 2023–01369, protocole V2.0) and the Swiss Agency for Therapeutic Products (Swissmedic, 701676). Patients will be enrolled after providing written informed consent. The study will follow international standards for Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and adhere to General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 679/2016 (EC).
