: All participants will sign informed consent before participation in this study and are free to leave the study at any time. All study methods were reviewed and approved by the University of Nevada, Reno, General Institutional Review Board (IRB), which oversees social, behavioral, and educational research and biomedical research and clinical trials ([1786153-10] Renown Institute for Health Innovation-Million Marker Detect and Detox Pilot, approved April 2, 2024). Any updates to the protocol will be communicated to this IRB board for further approval. This protocol was registered on the Clinical Trials website ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT06450951, June 13, 2024). Results of this study will be published in (a) peer-reviewed journal(s). This protocol follows SPIRIT guidelines (Table ).
