Ethical approval for this study, including provisions for genetic testing and biobanking, was obtained from the National Research Council of the Islamic Republic of Iran (IR.SBMU.ENDOCRINE.REC.1403.061), the Human Research Review Committee of the Endocrine Research Center, Shahid Beheshti University, Tehran, Iran, as indicated in the approved protocol and participant consent forms.
