: The study protocol and all associated documents have been reviewed and approved by the relevant ethics committee (CPP Sud-Est II, approval date: November 8, 2023). Since the patient’s condition will not allow for consent to be sought, an emergency inclusion procedure will be applied (article L1122-1–2 of the French Public Health Code), and the continuation-of-care consent for the study will be signed by the patient as soon as possible. The informed consent process will be handled by authorized study personnel who are thoroughly familiar with the study and trained in ethical and legal aspects of obtaining consent, including the principal investigator (PI) and co-investigators, evaluator clinicians (physical therapists), and the study coordinator.
