: Ethical approval has been obtained from the ethics committee of Shanghai Mental Health Center (project number: 2023-65R) and Shanghai Tenth People’s Hospital (project number: 24KY8). In addition, PI will submit research progress reports to the ethics committee regularly. All participants will provide written informed consent. Results will be published in a peer-reviewed journal irrespective of outcomes. 

: Prior to obtaining consent, researchers will ensure that prospective participants fully understand the purpose of the research study, the nature and extent of their participation, the potential benefits, and any associated risks, all of which will be clearly communicated in writing. Participants will be informed of their right to withdraw consent at any point during the study. Each participant should initial every page of the consent form and sign the final page in the designated area. The individual obtaining consent must also sign the form, and the date of each signature will be recorded. The model informed consent document is included in the online supplemental material.
