: The protocol, informed consent forms, and other relevant documents were approved by the Uganda Virus Research Institute Research Ethics Committee (Reference number: GC/127/1002), Uganda National Council for Science and Technology (Reference number: HS4366ES), London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine Research Ethics Committee (Reference number: 31223) and National Drug Authority (Reference number: CTC 0276/2024) in Uganda, and the University of Cape Town Human Research Ethics Committee (Reference number: 803/2023), the University of KwaZulu-Natal Biomedical Research Ethics Committee (Reference number: BREC/000006454/2023) and South Africa Health Products Regulatory Authority (Reference number: 20231108) in South Africa. The Investigator will submit and, where necessary, obtain approval from the above parties for all substantial amendments to the original approved documents. This study will be conducted only in compliance with the most recent approved protocol and the ICH-GCP guidelines. Informed consent will be obtained prior to conducting any study procedures.
