: The study was approved by the Human Research Ethics Committee of ESEF/UFPel (CAAE: 78972024.7.0000.5313). The research project was submitted for consideration by the Research Ethics Committee of the School of Physical Education of the Federal University of Pelotas, following the ethical standards in research on human beings according to resolutions CNS no. 466/12 and CNS no. 510/16. Before beginning any activity related to research, research subjects must present a signed informed consent form (see Additional file 2).
