: This study was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles laid down in the Declaration of Helsinki. The study protocol was reviewed and approved by the Institutional Ethics Committee (IEC) of the Department of Pharmacology, with Approval No. 123/2025 dated 25/04/2025. Written informed consent will be obtained in the participants’ local language by trained study staff prior to enrolment. Confidentiality and anonymity of all participant data will be strictly maintained.Patients or the public were not involved in the design, conduct, choice of outcome measures, or dissemination plans of this research study. However, women of reproductive age from the study population were engaged during formative assessments to explore their cooking habits, perceptions of anemia, and attitudes toward iron cookware. Their input informed the development of the behaviour change communication (BCC) strategy and enhanced the contextual relevance of the intervention.
