: The University of Helsinki Research Ethics Committee in the Humanities and Social and Behavioural Sciences has reviewed the EVILEAD study proposal (reference code 1/2025). Permission to conduct the study will be applied from all study organisations. Participation and/or withdrawal from the study is entirely voluntary. Participants will provide electronic informed consent before data collection and cluster randomisation. Participants will also be informed that they have the possibility to withdraw their consent, and they will be made aware that data collected before withdrawal may be used for research purposes. Participants will be informed about the confidentiality of the data collected and that refusal or withdrawal from the study will not affect their status in their service organisations. In addition, they will be made aware that the online training course is intended for research participants only.
