: The PiNGUin study has been approved by the Ethic Committee of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Duisburg-Essen on February 26th, 2025 and will be performed in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and the ICH-GCP Guidelines. The study has been registered at the German Clinical Trials Register as DRKS00034357. Date of registration: March 11th, 2025 before inclusion of the first participant. Participation in the study is voluntary. Written informed consent to participate will be obtained from all participants. All data and information collected during the study will be treated confidentially and stored in accordance with the applicable laws.
