: The Institutional Review Board of the Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation at Jashore University of Science and Technology accepted this trial (ID: PTR-JUST/IRB/2025/03/192404) (see Supplementary file 2). This trial is registered as a randomized clinical trial in the Clinical Trials Registry- India (CTRI); registration number: CTRI/2025/03/083260. Registered on 24 March 2025 (see supplementary file 3). The Helsinki Declaration’s ethical guidelines will be strictly followed. Individuals will submit written informed consent before enrolment (see supplementary file 1), and they can withdraw from the research at any time without affecting their course of intervention. The finalized, anonymized data will only be accessible to authorized staff. However, everyone is bound to confidentiality terms. A proper guideline after the trial will be provided if the result is unsatisfactory.
