: The Medical Ethics Review Committee of the Amsterdam University Medical Center reviewed the study protocol on February 2, 2023, and judged that the study does not fall under the scope of the Medical Research Involving Human Subjects Act (reference number W23_041#23.064). A data monitoring committee (DMC) is not required for this study. The trial involves audit and feedback on clinical practices and evaluates the care provided, with no direct risk to participants. No auditing of the trial will be conducted. Written informed consent is obtained from all participating clinicians, including consent for use of trial data in secondary analyses or future studies. The model consent forms are available upon request from the corresponding author. This study was registered in the ClinicalTrials.gov register on August 18, 2023, under number NCT05998226.
