: This study has been approved by the Comité d’éthique à la recherche du CIUSSS de l’Estrie–CHUS (Project No. 2024–5200). The ethics committee reviewed and approved all study-related materials, including the informed consent forms, questionnaires, recruitment documents, funding sources, and the project’s scientific justification. Participants will receive an information and consent form written in plain language, available in both English and French. This document will be sent via email prior to visit 1, allowing participants sufficient time to review the study details. The research team will be available by email or phone to address any questions. Informed consent will be reconfirmed prior to each intervention, and participants will retain the right to withdraw from the study at any time without providing a reason.
