: The protocol was approved by the Ethics Committee in Human Beings Research of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Chile (CEISH), Project No. 001--2025. Initial approval: 06 May 2025. Final Protocol Version 3 approval: 11 September 2025, and site initiation will proceed after authorization by the Regional Health Authority (SEREMI). The study complies with the Declaration of Helsinki and Chilean Law No. 20.584. The inclusion of adults who lack decisional capacity will follow Article 28 of Chilean Law No. 20.584, with consent obtained from an LAR before any study procedure. When patients regain capacity, they will be asked to provide consent or decline continued participation. No procedures differ by sex, race or age.
