: This study was approved by Norwegian Ethics Committee for Clinical trials on Medicinal Products and Medical Devices (REK KULMU), Regional Committees for Medical and Health Research Ethics South Norway (REK sør-øst) on the 28th of August 2024 (Clinical Trial Application EU CT 2024–512017–12–00). The study has approval of data handling and protection of data safety at all participating sites. All participants are given age-appropriate oral and written information about the study. The legal guardians are provided with oral and written information, and informed consent is signed before enrollment in the study.
