The original study protocol was registered in the ClinicalTrials.gov database under Registration No: NCT-06439043. Additionally, Springer Publishing granted permission to reuse and adapt the DeprEnd EMDR therapy protocol for this study. All selected patients were provided with a written consent form, and only those who completed it were enrolled in the study.
