: The study has been approved by the Institutional Review Board of Tata Medical Center vide approval letter number 2021/TMC/240/IRB52 dated 10th October 2022. Additionally, IRB approval has been obtained from Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research vide approval letter number PGI/IEC/2023/000037 dated 04/02/2023. All patients are provided with a patient information sheet translated into the vernacular language, and written informed consent is obtained before accrual. IRB approval from KMC Manipal and AIIMS Patna are awaited.
