: This study will be performed in accordance with the principles of the Helsinki Declaration and Good Clinical Practice. The URANUS protocol version 1.4, informed consent forms, and all other relevant trial documents have been approved by the ethics committee of Beijing Tiantan Hospital, Capital Medical University (Application Number KY2025-153-02). The study is registered at ClinicalTrials.gov with the number NCT07144423.All participants will be informed about the trial's purpose, risks, and potential benefits. If a participant is not mentally competent, a legal representative will also be informed. The local study coordinator will obtain written informed consent before the start of baseline measurements and treatment.
