Declarations
:
: The ethics committee of the Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main waived the need for approval in March 2023 as no intervention or examinations were taking place and no disease-related data was being collected. As stakeholders, the adolescents provided input specifically on the exercise intervention. Information was provided on the use of data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and consent was obtained, including from legal guardians in the case of those under the age of 18. The approval covered not only the conduct of the workshop and the use of the workshop results for the development of the intervention, but also the analysis of the workshop data for publication (ID: 2026-2884).
