: This study has been evaluated and approved by the Research Ethical Board of the Universidade Federal de São Paulo (UNIFESP), Brazil (68230323.6.0000.5505). The process of obtaining informed consent from each participant occurs during the on-site eligibility assessment conducted by the evaluator. Participants are provided with ample time to deliberate and seek clarification from the evaluator prior to granting consent. Given the low-risk nature of the interventions, safety monitoring committees are deemed unnecessary for this trial.
