: This trial is approved by the regional Ethical Review Board in Umeå, Sweden, with Dnr 2015-319-31M and Dnr 2016-372-32M, and the Swedish Ethical Review Board approved the expanded study version as a multicenter RCT with Dnr 2022–06120-02, 2024–02963-02, 2024–05793-02, 2024–06582-02, 2024–07525-02, 2025–04256-02, and 2025–06558-02. Prior to participation in the trial, patients will receive both verbal and written information, and an informed consent form will be signed. The trial will be conducted in accordance with the ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki [ref], as well as national regulatory standards, and will adhere to the CONSORT guidelines for clinical trials.
