Ethics approval and consent to participate: This prospective, randomized, double-blind study was conducted in accordance with the Helsinki Declaration. The ethical approval for this study was provided by the Ethics Committee of Wenzhou Medical University Affiliated Eye Hospital (No. 2024-169-K-142-01) on October 30, 2024. The research subjects of this study are underage children aged 3–6 years old, so their guardians fully understand the content of the informed consent form and sign it.
