: This study did not involve human participants or the collection of personally identifiable data. Only spiked human plasma samples were used, which were obtained as anonymized, residual specimens from the Hospital of October 6 University (Giza, Egypt) and originally collected during the author’s PhD research. The samples were used solely for in vitro analytical purposes. Ethics approval and informed consent were not required for this study following the policies of the Faculty of Pharmacy, October 6 University IRB, the Egyptian Ministry of Health’s National Guidelines for Ethical Conduct of Research Involving Human Subjects, and in accordance with the Egyptian Clinical Research Law No. 214 (2020) and institutional research ethics standards, which exempt non-interventional, in vitro use of anonymized human specimens from IRB review and consent requirements. This study was conducted in compliance with the ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki (2013).
