: The study involving human participants was performed in strict accordance with the institutional ethical standards and the principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki (1964) and its later amendments. Ethical approval was obtained from the Research Ethical Committee of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Menoufia University, Egypt, under approval number MPMSc 24/03. The research involved the use of spiked human plasma from a healthy volunteer, without administering any drug to the participant.
