: Protocols for this study were approved by Emory University’s ethics committee under protocol ID: IRB00082848. The protocol was also approved by the Ethics and Research Committee from the OʼHoran General Hospital from the state Ministry of Health, Register no. CEI-0-34-1-14. Involvement of CDC investigators was approved by the Office of the Associate Director for Science, Center for Global Health at CDC. Written informed consent was obtained from the head of household prior to mosquito collection.
