: Ethical clearance for the study was obtained from the Ethical Review Committee (ERC) of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka (P/272/11/2017). Further, written consents from plantation owners were obtained to carry out entomological investigations and interventional study.
