: Ethical approval was obtained from the Institutional Ethical Committee of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Patna (AIIMS/Pat/IEC/2019/351). Informed consent was obtained from all participants for their interview to be recorded before beginning the conversation (Additional file InternalRef removed: Annexures S1 and S2). The participants were first explained in detail about the nature of the study, following which it was conveyed that participation is voluntary and they are free to withdraw from the study at any time, without citing any reason. There were also no risks involved in the study, which the participants were informed about. The consent forms, audiotapes, and transcripts were stored on a password-protected computer, which was only accessible to the researchers. Any report, presentation, or publication resulting from this research does not contain any information, such as names, that could identify the participants or their relatives.
