: This study was conducted prior to the establishment of the first national committee on animal research and ethics (CESASPV), which is responsible for evaluating ethics in local projects. As a result, the work did not undergo review by this committee. However, as a veterinary school, our institution ensures that all animal research conducted, including the aforementioned study, complies with the guidelines set by the Hassan II Institute of Agronomy and Veterinary Medicine in Rabat, as well as the Moroccan Ministry of Agriculture. These standards align with international ethical guidelines, including the European Union Directive 2010/63/EU and the ARRIVE (Animal Research Reporting of In Vivo Experiments) guidelines.
