: All tested animals were client-owned and treated by the farm veterinarian and/or farm owner. The anthelmintic treatment was chosen by the farm veterinarian and/or farm owner. The fecal samples were collected after they fell down on the ground, and no rectal sampling was performed. The whole study did not involve any animal experiments. Furthermore, a confidentiality agreement was obtained from all animal owners, which permitted the use of the data as part of this study and in anonymized form for scientific publication.
