: All animal procedures conducted in this study received approval from the Animal Welfare and Experimentation Committee of the Complutense University of Madrid, as well as the Animal Protection Area of the Community of Madrid, Spain (PROEX 66.7/20 and 064/19). These procedures complied with the relevant ethical guidelines and regulations. Additionally, the use of genetically modified organisms was authorized by the Genetically Modified Organism Committee, ensuring that all handling adhered to the applicable legal framework, including Law 9/2003, Royal Decree 178/2004, and Directive 2009/41/EU.
