: Ethical approval to conduct the study was obtained from the Ethics Committee of Togo (no. 043/2021/CBRS of 6 October 2021). Household heads and/or guardians of children were informed about the objectives and potential benefits and risks of the study. They provided written consent to participate, and assent from the children was also obtained. The respondent information was kept confidential.
