: All of the experiments performed were in accordance with the animal welfare laws of the Czech Republic (Czech Republic act no. 246/1992) and European regulations (EU Directive 2010/63/EU amended by EU Regulation 2019/1010/EU) and were approved by the Animal Welfare Committee of Charles University, Faculty of Science and the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (project ID MSMT-33097/2020-6). The authorization to use experimental animals was granted by the Ministry of Agriculture (ref. nos. 37428/2019-MZE-18134+MZE-10459/2025-13143 and MZE-18873/2025-13143). Handling of genetically modified organisms in the first and second risk categories was authorized by the Ministry of the Environment (ref. no. MZP/2021/750/1464).
