: Oocytes were obtained from Patient D and sperm from the husband voluntarily at the IVF centre of Ghadir Mother and Child Hospital affiliated to Shiraz University of Medical Sciences with signed informed consent of the patient and her husband and the approval of the Ethics Committee of Shiraz University of Medical Sciences (ethics codes: IR.sums.rec.1395.S718 for oocyte retrieval and IR.sums.rec.1396.S779 for embryo production).
