: The ROS and MAP studies were approved by an Institutional Review Board (IRB) of Rush University Medical Center, Chicago, IL. All participants agreed to an annual clinical evaluation and signed an informed consent and an Anatomic Gift Act agreeing to post-mortem brain donation.
