: All animal experiments were in accordance with protocols approved by the East China Normal University Ethics Committee (ethical approval number m20210602). Healthy peripheral blood was obtained from healthy volunteers and statements that informed written consent of all participants were obtained. Blood samples were collected and handled according to the ethical and safety procedures approved by the Clinical Ethics Committee of the First Affiliated Hospital, College of Medicine, Zhejiang University (IIT20210001 C-R1 for human subjects). mCRPC patients’ peripheral blood was obtained from Changzheng Hospital (Shanghai, China) and statements that informed written consent of mCRPC patients were obtained. All patients’ samples were collected and handled according to the ethical and safety procedures approved by the Ethics Committee of the Changzheng Hospital.
