: All patients were recruited to the Cancer of Low survival and UnMet Need – Pathologist Initiated (COLUMN-PI) study with informed consent under an approved protocol at the Royal Melbourne Hospital Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC Reference number: HREC/61352/MH-2020 34). This study was approved in accordance with Australia’s National Statement on Ethical Conduct in Human Research, which is founded on the principles in the Declaration of Helsinki.
