: Collection of LSG specimens was conducted with the approval of the Ethics Committee of Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology and the subjects gave informed consent. All animal experiments were conducted with the approval of the animal Ethics Committee of Huazhong University of Science and Technology.The Ethics Committee of Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology (IORG number IORG0003571) gave final approval on 10/05/2015 for the study The Role of RORα in Salivary Gland Lesions in Patients with Primary Sjögren’s Syndrome, which is conducted by Cheng Bo at the Department of Stomatology, Union Hospital of Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
