Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The study is a retrospective post hoc analysis of data sets which are also considered in the RAPID 1 trial []. The study protocol is registered in ClinicalTrials.gov (trial identifier: NCT00152386). All examinations were performed in accordance with the rules and regulations of the local Human Research and Ethics Committee of the Friedrich-Schiller-University Jena (Germany). Based on the regulations of the ethics committee of the Friedrich-Schiller-University Jena, a registration and a separate consent from any patient were not required for the detailed post hoc analysis of the X-rays.
