: This work comprises a secondary analysis of datasets collected in previous prospective studies. The protocols for those original studies were approved by the local Medical Ethics Committee (reference number 122/14, 497/15 and 2021-52), and written informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to enrollment. The present analysis used de-identified data; no new participant contact or interventions were undertaken.
