: From October 2022 to August 2023, a total of 30 SSc patients and 15 healthy volunteers were enrolled from the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology, Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital. All SSc patients were diagnosed based on the American College of Rheumatology criteria. All investigations on humans were approved by the Ethics Committee of the Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital (SC-2022-008; 2016-160-01; 2009004).
