: The human fecal samples used in this study were acquired from the biocollection associated with the Eating Disorders Inventory Longitudinal Study (EDILS) cohort (Rouen University Hospital; authorization DC 2014-2189). Animal care and experimentation were approved by a regional Animal Experimentation Ethics Committee (APAFIS#21102–2019061810387832) and complied with the guidelines of the European Commission for the handling of laboratory animals (Directive 2010/63/EU).
