Ethics approval and consent to participate: Animals were procured from Jeeva Life Sciences, Hyderabad, India, and all studies were carried out as per IAEC regulations of BITS Pilani, Hyderabad campus (Animal Facility Registration no. 1912/PO/RE/S/16/CPCSEA). All surgical procedures were performed under anesthesia as per the Institutional IAEC protocol (Project Registration No. -BITS-HYD-IAEC-2024-091).
