Ethics approval and consent to participate

: Internal Committee of Biomedical experiments board of Philips Research has approved the study protocol concerning the healthy participants. The Medical Ethics Committee of Maxima Medical Center in Veldhoven and the Internal Committee of Biomedical experiments have approved the study protocol regarding the coronary artery disease patients. All participants provided written informed consent.
